Management fee
These costs cover a range of things including; software cost (CRM), property portal uploads , admin / calls (phone reception), website costs (SEO to your web page), marketing costs (email and social media campaign management), support (from Directors).

Mentoring fee (optional)
If you’re new to property and want to continue with a mentoring plan you’ll have the option to continue this with our training and development Director after your first initial training.
